The role 🎯

We are looking for a motivated Production & Quality Executive to support day-to-day manufacturing activities, coordinate production requirements, maintain documentation, and work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and organized protein powder manufacturing operations.

What you’ll do ✨

• Production Operations
• Support day-to-day production activities and coordinate manufacturing requirements.
• Help monitor production schedules, processes, materials, and packaging requirements.

• Quality & Process Coordination
• Support quality-focused production processes and maintain accurate batch-related documentation.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to identify and address process requirements.
• Help maintain consistency and attention to detail throughout manufacturing activities.

• Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain production records, reports, and relevant manufacturing documentation.
• Ensure required information is recorded accurately and maintained in an organized manner.

• Team Collaboration
• Coordinate with production, quality, packaging, and other internal teams.
• Support timely communication of production requirements and customer-related specifications.

Who you are

• Relevant qualification or experience in food science, nutrition, pharmacy, chemistry, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Experience in protein powder, nutritional supplement, nutraceutical, or related manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Good communication and team coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple production-related activities in an organized manner.
